BBQ Meat Mix with Jacket Potatoes topped with
Sour Cream & Grated Cheese or Baked Beans
Night 2
Stir Fry Vegetables with Minute Ramen Noodles/
Ready to Serve Fried Noodles (super easy camping meal)
OR Spaghetti and Bolognaise Sauce
 

shopping list for menu

  1. Sausages, Steak, etc. for the BBQ on your first night and
    Chicken Pieces/Beef Strips/Mince or meat of choice for second night and Pre-Packed Ham and various Lunch Meats for sandwiches
  2. Bread (A GENERAL guide: approximately one loaf per person)
  3. Butter or Margarine in a solid container
  4. Spreads: Marmalade, Jam, Nutella, Vegemite, Pate....
  5. Tea, Coffee, Sugar (Bundaberg sugar sell packs of 100 single serve sachets that work well)
  6. Cordial or Soft Drink (optional)
  7. Re-sealable Long-Life Milk in the non-refrigerated section (trust us-this works best on Fraser) (general guide: ½ litre per person per day)
  8. Muesli or Breakfast Cereal of Choice
  9. Potatoes
  10. Bag of Salad for first night
  11. Grated Cheese & Sour Cream or Baked Beans to top Jacket Potatoes (optional)
  12. BBQ or Tomato Sauce in a plastic bottle for BBQ Night
  13. Sliced Cheese Individually Wrapped (Again, trust us- there will be no sand on wrapped slices)
    & Tomatoes/Cucumber if preferred to add to sandwiches at lunchtimes
  14. Stir Fry Veggies & Minute Noodles/Fried Noodles or Spaghetti and Sauce
  15. Spices and Salt/Pepper
  16. Nibblies: Fruit, Biscuits, Cookies, Crisps (Potato Chips) & Dips ...
  17. Marshmallows
  18. Dish Soap (Washing Up Liquid)
  19. Cooking Oil
  20. Toilet Paper
  21. Bin Bags for your rubbish
  22. Bottled Water (optional) (water container provided & water available on Fraser Island)
